The internet or Wifi is slow in my room.

Firstly lets check if there is an update.

On Chromebooks you'll find them on the bottom right next to the clock, a little upwards arrow denotes an update ready to go.

If it's a windows machine type update in the search box and then follow the simple instructions.

Is it a mac?  Oh dear.  First choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down), then click Software Update on the right.

How many tabs and windows do you have open?  Chrome really does take up a huge amount of resources, the more tabs you have open the slower your device will run.

Is the reduction of speed only affecting your device?  Then you should contact us above by placing a ticket.

Is it affecting multiple at once, as long as we have your room number we can look at your WIFI AP from here and troubleshoot with you.
